Thank you so much Ame! You're so kind❤️ Yeah I'm also trying collect my thoughts and ideas and I try not to rush things. My mom is doing a bit better now.
Love the attitude. I took a break after my PhD as well to be with mom who was dealing with cancer treatment. Today, finally added the 'career break' to my Linkedin. It's a normal phase in life and it should be normalized. Glad to see you back on substack and I look forward to reading and learning more from your writing work.
Thank you so much for your kind words Madhuri! I hope she’s doing better now, I totally understand you. I’m trying to be more active on Substack nowadays. Let’s see how it goes.
Ooh, I want to learn more about your digest tool project. Our SheWritesAI digest tool works great for Substack newsletters, not so well on other feeds. And I’d love to try getting a personal weekly digest that covers more than Substack. If you ever want a beta tester, tag me :)
So glad your mom is doing better! Good to see you back. 🙂
been on substack long enough and i'll say a lot of creatives get to this "phase".
there was a time i was drafting notes for weeks, hell, in january, the first tool i shipped, which has failed btw was a publishing system.
some people get all the hits with a strategy you're not comfortable with, and some just don't.
as a new subscriber, i can't tell you what to do, but staying off for a while helped me revise what to write, without expectations or reception. since you trust your work, that's all that matters.
btw those are such exciting projects, can't wait till you're done. and my best wishes to your mum.
Thank you so much Ame! You're so kind❤️ Yeah I'm also trying collect my thoughts and ideas and I try not to rush things. My mom is doing a bit better now. (Apparently I sent this reply to myself instead of you yesterday, sorry)
